At Yukon Montessori School we believe that one of the primary responsibilities facing us as parents and educators is to thoughtfully consider the journey of self discovery and learning ahead of every child. We hope that as you ponder your own child’s journey you consider how our school can meet your child’s needs. We are glad you’ve found us and we would be honoured to be a part of your child’s educational journey.
YMS looks for families who share our philosophy. We believe that each child is unique and should be recognized as someone special. We also understand that in order to learn, children must feel safe, accepted, and competent in an environment that is encouraging, nurturing, supportive, and challenging. Our aim is to develop a school that is reflective of our community and provides a safe and welcoming space to all of our students, families, visitors, and community partners.
In the Spring, we will contact you to offer your child a spot to start in the Fall. Once you accept the spot, you will be sent an invoice for a non-refundable deposit that will go towards the last month of tuition for the school year.

To be added to the waitlist, we require you to complete the following form, as well as pay the non-refundable $100 waitlist fee. Once you have sent the form and payment, we will approve your form, and you will be added to the waitlist.
