Classes Start For new students: August 20th and August 21st 2026,  half days

For returning students: Monday August 24th, 2026

Last day of school – Friday, June 11th, 2027

Our school day runs from 8:00 am until 3:30pm, with an after-school program from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.

Elementary

Classes start on Tuesday September 1st 2026.

Our school day runs from 8:15 am until 3:15pm, with an after-school program from 3:15pm to 5:00pm.

Last Day of School – Friday, June 11th, 2027

        2027

        • February 12 - Valentine’s Tea (Preschool programs)
        • May 20 - YMS Elementary Shakespeare Performance (all classrooms invited)
        • June 4 - Art Show (all classrooms)

         

        Professional Development Days

        The school will be closed for the following four (4) Professional Development days during the school year so our staff can engage in collaborative learning and/or planning:

          1. Friday, October 9th, 2026 (Friday before Thanksgiving)
          2. January TBA, 2027
          3. Thursday February 25th, 2027 (Thursday before Heritage Day)
          4. Friday, May 21st, 2027 (Friday before Victoria Day)

        * Parent Teacher Interviews will be booked: November 2026 and February 2027 – the school will remain open for these interviews. These times will be booked by the head teachers within the school day and will not be a PD Day.
